Our teachers make use of activity classrooms, modeling, project-based learning, brainstorming, role play, interactive lab experiments and self and peer evaluation, to make learning experiential, effective and enjoying. An elaborate performance monitoring mechanism involving Student, Parents feedback and parameters like Average Class Performance, Class Interactive & Advanced Teaching Methodology. Control and Class Discipline, Children’s Issues Resolution etc so that Teachers by constantly improving and upgrading, may give their best to the students.

Teachers are encouraged to participate in Teaching related Workshops, Conferences and Symposia and also do Certification Courses in Teaching Methodology and Practices in addition to subject related Courses.
